I really enjoy living here for 9 years now. I would like to recognize Billie for her personal touch. I left my phone in Columbus at my daughters house. My daughter called the office and spoke to Billie. Billie stopped by my apartment to deliver the message. The little things really matter. She is always pleasant, friendly, and offers a wave when we see each other outside.

I have not been here long, but my experience has been great. The staff, especially Olivia, are not only friendly and kind, but very helpful. They are always there to answer any questions I have. I absolutely love my apartment here. I would definitely recommend Villages at Symmes Crossing to anyone looking for an apartment.
